I don’t know any parent that doesn’t want to raise a confident, resilient, compassionate human being. Authoritative parenting approaches result in the best outcomes for our child compared to authoritarian, permissive or uninvolved parenting.

But there are 10 obstacles we need to be aware of in order to shift our default parenting style to authoritative parenting.
