Your transformed family
has helped hundreds of families around the world break the cycle of anger and frustration to parent with calm & confidence and has worked with these distiguished partners …
It’s normal to feel angry and frustrated when our kids don’t listen and it’s easy to feel like you’re not doing a good job.
All parents struggle. I am here to help you move forward and find confidence and joy in your parenting.
This workshop is for you if you are tired of using rewards & punishments and want to learn a different way.
What parents are saying …
“Great workshop Jenn. We already started using your techniques with singing and the kids are confused but laughing. It’s so nice to hear their giggles.”
— Tamara & Mike, parents of 3 girls
“Both my wife and I really enjoyed the presentation and walked away feeling more knowledgeable and pretty confident as parents!”
— Ali & Nicole, first time parents
“Wow! Your webinar was jam packed with practical tools that I already tried and they worked! This is the first day I haven’t yell in I don’t remember how long. Thank you!
— Erin, mom of 2
“Jenn was very knowledgeable, made me feel at ease and I felt like I was talking with a very thoughtful friend. The techniques she taught in the webinar were very easy to implement. The day after I noticed my husband using them with my toddler. It was very nice to see my little man connecting with his dad on a deeper level. At first I was very tired and thought I might skip the webinar, but in the end glad I made the time as it was worth every second.
— Alessia, boy mamma
Find your pause so you can stop resorting to rewards & punishments
Understand what is going on for your child when they aren’t listening
Learn proven strategies to get cooperation without yelling, nagging, threats or bribes
Build a relationship rooted in safety, trust and connection that will last a lifetime
Does this sound familiar?
You became a parent filled with hopes and dreams of what life would be like. You never imagined you could feel such anger, frustration and overwhelm when your precious child continually resists the simplest of requests. Getting out the door is a battle, mealtimes are stressful, when you finally get them to bed you are ready to pass out yourself.
The struggles can leave us:
Questioning our parenting approach
Unsure of what to do differently
Feeling like yelling is the only way to get their attention
Consequences and punishments are all that work but our kid keep misbehaving
Tired, frustrated and feeling like we are failing
When I applied the tools that I now teach, my children’s behaviour improved.
When I learned to look at my children from the lens of little humans trying to get their needs met, and I used a calm and compassionate approach to misbehaviour , my children:
Argue less
Cooperate more
Fight Less
Our family went from chaos to calm. My confidence as a parent soared.
I’ve used these strategies not only with my own 2 boys (1 is “highly sensitive” and the other is “strong willed”) but with many parents around the world. Are you ready to go from chaos to calm and feel more confident in your parenting?
3 Reasons Why Most Parents Struggle
They haven’t learnt to decode their own triggers
Without decoding our triggers, we can’t break our default reactions. Most of us didn’t learn how to deal with our negative feelings and may find ourselves storming along side our child. Becoming aware of the message beneath our anger is the 1st step in breaking the cycle of yelling
Unsure what is realistic for our child’s age
Not sure what to expect from your child for their age, emotional/mental development is a common challenge that may leave us setting the bar too high for our kiddos. Whether it be when they should sleep through the night, independently, getting dressed on their own, sharing, showing empathy, regulating their big feelings.
They’ve ‘trained’ their child to only listen when they yell
We may have unconsciously trained our kids to wait for the yelling to listen. This may be a parenting pattern that has been passed on for generations but you have the power to change it. I’m here to show you how.
My workshop on Breaking the Cycle of Rewards & Punishments will give you the confidence in your parenting so you can stop endlessly searching for answers and focus on building a strong relationship with your child and find more joy in your own family.
The 1st step to parenting with confidence is to sign-up for the workshop.
This is NOT a “fluffy” parenting workshop.
